Fascia Agility

Program for people who are interested in training for life's physical challenges. The class runs on three 4 week programming cycles. The first 4 week cycle targets the body's fascial network, using specific exercises to re-hydrate this tissues, strength training through mostly body weight resistance exercises provides the needed tone to retain the fascial changes. As the fascia becomes more subtle--the second 4 week cycle--more elastic resistance training is introduced, here we amplify the resistance using bands. The introduction of resistance bands, along with re-hydration exercises introduces more neurological challenge. In the third cycle we introduce external weighted objects--kettle bells, dumb bells--to allow for more challenge to the core stability and agility. This class is appropriate for any fitness level. A four week class that meets twice a week with the Coach. This group class is limited to 8 participants.
